Privacy Policy

OperatorFlo is a job-management app for contractors. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.

What we collect

• Your account — email address and password (passwords are hashed; we never see them).
• Your business data — the clients, quotes, jobs, invoices, expenses, notes and photos you enter.
• Your business profile — company name, phone, address, logo and tax settings.
• Basic diagnostics — crash and error information used to fix bugs.

Why we collect it

Solely to run the app for you: to store your work, sync it across your devices, produce your quotes and invoices, send the emails you ask us to send, and take card payments if you enable them.

What we never do

• We never sell your data, or your clients' data, to anyone.
• We never use your data for advertising, and we don't run ads.
• We never share your client list with other OperatorFlo users.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to make the app work:

• Supabase — stores your account and data.
• Stripe — processes subscription and card payments. Card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers.
• Resend — delivers the emails you send to your clients.
• Google Calendar — only if you connect it, and only to sync your scheduled jobs.

Your clients' information

Contact details you enter about your customers belong to you. We process them only to provide the app, and we never contact your customers except when you tell us to — for example, sending a quote or an invoice reminder under your business name.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account at any time from More › Account › Delete account in the app. This permanently removes your account and all associated data from our systems. It cannot be undone.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is open. When you delete your account it is removed immediately, apart from records we are legally required to retain (such as payment records held by Stripe for tax purposes).

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to your own account through row-level security.

Children

OperatorFlo is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for anything significant, tell you in the app.
