These terms govern your use of OperatorFlo, a job-management app for contractors and home-service businesses. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
OperatorFlo is operated from Alberta, Canada. You can reach us at support@operatorflo.com.
The clients, quotes, jobs, invoices and files you put into OperatorFlo are yours. We don't sell them, and we don't use them to train anything. You can export your data to CSV at any time from the app, and you can delete your account and everything in it from Settings.
How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
When you add your customers' details to OperatorFlo, you're responsible for having the right to do so and for using that information lawfully — including any consent needed to email or message them. You're the one with the relationship; we just store it for you.
Don't use OperatorFlo to send spam, break the law, infringe anyone's rights, attempt to breach or overload our systems, or resell the service as your own. We may suspend accounts that do.
OperatorFlo connects to services you choose to enable — Google Calendar for scheduling, Stripe for taking card payments, and email delivery for invoice reminders. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms, and we aren't responsible for their availability or actions.
If you enable online card payments, Stripe processes them and pays out to your bank account. We charge a small platform fee on those transactions, disclosed in the app before you turn the feature on. Disputes, chargebacks and refunds with your customers are between you, your customer, and Stripe.
We work to keep OperatorFlo running, but we don't promise uninterrupted service. We may occasionally need downtime for maintenance, and features may change over time. OperatorFlo keeps a copy of your data on your device, so the core of the app keeps working when you're offline or out of signal.
OperatorFlo is a tool, not an advisor. It doesn't provide legal, tax or accounting advice. Totals, taxes and reports are calculated from what you enter — please check them before sending anything to a customer or filing anything with a tax authority.
OperatorFlo is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business or lost data. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You can stop using OperatorFlo and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or if we stop offering the service — in which case we'll give reasonable notice and a chance to export your data.
If we change these terms we'll update the date at the top and, for anything significant, tell you in the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
