A GARAGE DOOR WORKDAY, MADE SIMPLER

The details are already there.
Put them on the invoice.

The repair is complete. The customer and job are already in OperatorFlo. Use that context to prepare a clear invoice, then keep track of payments and what is still owing. Your office has a place to check before making the next collection call.

01

Keep billing with the job

Create invoices using the customer and work records you already manage. Use pricebook items and descriptions to make the charges clear.

02

Know what is still owing

Accept a card payment through Stripe or record another payment method, then review the remaining balance. See paid and outstanding work in the same workspace.

03

Give customers a clear way to pay

Share the invoice through the client hub, where customers can view it and pay by card when you connect Stripe. Payment methods you configure can also be shown.

04

Connect billing to the bigger picture

Invoice revenue and recorded item costs feed job costing and reports. Follow the numbers from the customer’s bill to the result of the work.

Invoicing,

Clear answers before you get started.

Does OperatorFlo process credit cards?

Yes. Connect Stripe to accept card payments on invoices and estimate deposits, including on site. Stripe processing fees and an OperatorFlo platform fee apply. You can also record other payment methods.

What can customers do in the client hub?

They can view their visits, estimates and invoices, approve an estimate option or request changes, and pay an invoice by card when your company has connected Stripe.

Can I configure invoice reminders?

Yes. Enabled invoice email reminders can start when you email an invoice to the customer. They stop when it is paid or voided; automatic text delivery is not connected.

Can a customer pay an estimate deposit?

Yes. If you request a deposit, a customer can pay it by card through Stripe. The recorded deposit is applied toward the invoice balance when the approved estimate becomes an invoice.

Can customers save or print their documents?

Customers can download estimates and invoices as PDFs from their client hub. They can save, share or print using the options on their device.
