A GARAGE DOOR WORKDAY, MADE SIMPLER

A better conversation
than “here’s the price.”

The opener can be repaired. A new belt drive is another option. A wall-mount unit may be the right upgrade. Show what each choice includes, then let the customer compare the work and the price in one place.

01

Put the choices side by side

Build Good / Better / Best proposals with clear scope and a total for each option. Give customers a useful comparison without three separate estimates.

02

Show what they’re buying

Use product pictures, descriptions and line items to explain the work. Make the difference between a repair and an upgrade easier to see.

03

Start with the prices you use

Bring items in from your pricebook, adjust quantities and add custom lines when the job calls for them. Keep the estimate connected to the customer and the job.

04

Let customers decide online

Share an estimate through the client hub. Customers can compare the options, approve their choice or request changes, and return to their documents later.

FROM WHAT YOU FIND TO WHAT YOU RECOMMEND

Inspect the door.
Make the next step clear.

A frayed cable and worn rollers shouldn’t become a note you have to rewrite. Record the findings, build repair options from your pricebook, then help the customer decide what to do next.

  1. 01

    Record what needs work.

Work through the door inspection and flag the items that need attention. Keep the findings with the job.

  2. 02

    Price the matching repairs.

Choose “Price these repairs.” Review matching pricebook items and choose which estimate options to add them to.

  3. 03

    Give the customer a choice.

Review the scope and prices. Present your options side by side and help the customer choose the work.

From the inspection to the estimate.

Clear options. Your prices.

GOOD TO KNOW

Estimates,
explained.

Clear answers before you get started.

Can I create an estimate from the inspection?

Yes. Mark the items that need work and review the matching pricebook suggestions. Choose which estimate options to add them to, then review the scope and pricing before presenting them.

What if I already started an estimate for that job?

You can review inspection suggestions and choose which existing options should include each item. Review and edit the estimate before presenting it.

Can I customize the line items?

Yes. Use pricebook items or custom lines, with quantities, descriptions and pricing for the work you’re quoting. If an inspection finding has no matching repair in your pricebook, add the work manually or update your repair mapping.

Can I present options in person?

Yes. The presentation view puts the options side by side so you can explain the work and the customer can compare the choices.

Does it automatically send follow-up texts?

Enabled email follow-ups can run after an estimate is emailed. Automated text delivery is not connected; you can share a customer link using your existing messaging tools.
