A GARAGE DOOR WORKDAY, MADE SIMPLER

Win the customer once.
Keep delivering value.

You’ve already earned their trust on a service call. A useful maintenance plan gives them a reason to keep you in their corner—and gives your business another opportunity to serve them. Define the benefits, track the visits you owe and turn the next tune-up into a planned conversation.

01

Build a plan worth coming back for

Choose a free, one-time, monthly or annual plan, with the visits, included services and optional perks that suit your company. Set member prices or a percentage discount on repairs and parts where applicable.

02

Plan the care around the season

Set spring and fall visit windows for your climate, or space visits evenly through the year. Name each visit and choose its job type, from a residential tune-up to a commercial inspection.

03

Keep the promise after the sale

See active members, visits used and upcoming or overdue service. Create the next membership visit from the list, then put it on the schedule. Review the annualized plan value alongside your member count.

GOOD TO KNOW

Memberships,
explained.

Clear answers before you get started.

Can I set up residential and commercial plans?

Yes. Create plans with different prices, visit schedules, included services and perks. You choose what your company offers.

Do member benefits connect to estimates and invoices?

Yes. Configured included items and eligible member pricing are applied through the plan and pricebook. Percentage discounts apply to repairs and parts, not new doors or openers.

Does this automatically charge customers every month?

No. Automatic recurring invoicing and card collection are not connected. A monthly or annual price defines the customer plan terms; future renewal fees need an invoice. These customer memberships are separate from your company’s OperatorFlo subscription.

What does the recurring revenue figure mean?

It is the annualized value of active plans based on their recorded price and billing interval. It is not a measure of payments already collected.

Can I stop selling a plan without removing current members?

Yes. Retire a plan so it is no longer offered to new members while existing members keep it.
